Your house will also be listed in Palm Beach County, Martin County & St. Lucie County.

2.      Advertise your house on my personal website at www.MarcoZarfati.com and company website at www.MarcoZarfati.Keyes.com which is linked from eleven other Real Estate related websites.

3.      Place your house in Realtor.com as a "Showcase Enhancement Listing" for maximum exposure.

4.      Upgrade your house in Realtor.com internationally, which will be placed in www.WorldProperties.com, for International Exposure.

5.      Produce an Online Virtual Tour for additional exposure through all Internet Media.

6.      Produce a Video Tour with music and voice narration of your house.

7.      Conduct a massive e-mail marketing campaign.

8.      Place a professional "For Sale" sign on your property (if permitted).

9.      Set up your house on our 24-Hour Property Information Hotline.

10.  Add additional exposure by placing an electronic lock box on your property.

11.  Conduct an Open House and a Caravan.

12.  Order & Mail "Just Listed" post cards.

13.  Place house in the Best Buys List of my Property Update Report, mailed monthly to over 1,000 homes.

14.  Advertise in magazines, when applicable.

15.  Advertise in newspapers, when applicable.

16.  Advertise by sending personalized mailings in local neighborhoods.

17.  Submit your house to the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World for National Relocation Exposure
and its division of the Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection, if applicable.

18.  Submit information on your house to Keyes RELO (relocation) department for maximum exposure.

19.  Submit your house to our International Affiliates through The Keyes International Division.

20.  Create professional flyers about your house to be distributed accordingly.

21.  Develop a list of features on your house for all other Real Estate agents to provide to their buyers.

22.  Call by phone your surrounding area for potential neighbors who want family and friends to live near by.

23.  Contact local business owners and investors about possible buyers for your house.

24.  Contact Mortgage brokers I work with daily for potential qualified buyers.

25.  Contact past clients through my database of direct mailings and e-mailings about buyers for your house.
